For the melting & refining of copper scrap , Our non-chemical refining , hydraulic tilting , copper furnace is also called SUPER – D type Furnace. The refining of Copper is kept by Oxidation process first, then De- Oxidation to the Morton Copper into the furnace and no chemical is required to use. The samples are examined time to time and as the final sample is approve passed the final product is cast out into the moulds. The other type of furnaces, for copper melting & refining, are also made like Crucible Pit furnace , Crucible mechanical Tilting furnace, Crucible hydraulic furnace and Box type non crucible hydraulic tilting type furnaces with chemical refining processes.

Copper, Aluminium & Brass Melting Plants Our copper, aluminum and brass melting plants comprises non chemical refining hydraulic tilting copper furnace and chemical refining hydraulic tilting copper furnace with no impurity.
I. Non Chemical Refining Hydraulic Tilting Copper Furnace (Super-D type):
This is the Super-D type, Hydraulic Tilting, direct oil fired and non-chemical refining furnace for copper. This furnace can be shaped either one end conical or having both end Blind like a drum. We also design other type of semi rotary drum shaped, movable on wheels hydraulic operate for discharging. We also under take turn key projects to manufacture and install these furnaces 5 to 20 M. ton capacity.
II. Chemical Refining Hydraulic Tilting Copper Furnace Zero % Impurity:
The advanced design of this furnace makes it more suitable to put and mix the chemicals into the furnace for refining of copper. This furnace is also suitable to prepare and re-melt the brass.
Hydraulic tilting system is offered for discharging. More impure copper scrap such as tinned, birch and copper made vessels and other such impure copper scrap can refine therein. |
